Mr. Zaremba has represented electric power suppliers and other clients in commercial
transactions, the creation and financing of business organizations, environmental
law and other matters since 1978.

Mr. Zaremba has represented clients
in a variety of proceedings in courts and
administrative agencies, including the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin
and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Mr. Zaremba's practice also includes
negotiation of commercial agreements for the supply of fuels and energy as well
as financing transactions for cooperatives and other organizations. He has also
been involved in transactions for a variety of renewable resources, including power purchase or renewable fuel agreements for wind generators, landfill gas generators, manure digestors and biomass generators.
