utilities, matters involving the distribution and use of electricity and cellular
telecommunications matters.

Mr. Vogel regularly serves as lead counsel in defense of a variety of
matters involving claims of injury or death relating to electricity, matters involving
claims of injury to dairy operations, disputes involving contracts, land, right-of-way,
cooperative and utility law matters, cellular telecommunications matters, and
select criminal and traffic litigation
