Mr. Landsman has represented clients in a wide variety of proceedings in both
courts and before numerous administrative agencies, including the Public Service
Commission of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Minnesota
Public Utilities Commission, and the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board. He
served on the Wisconsin Legislative Council Special Committee on Utility Public
Benefits Programs.

Anderson, S.C., since 1977

in the Courts of the State of Wisconsin, the United States Supreme Court, the
United States Court of Appeals (D.C., 7th , and 8th Circuits), the United States

States Court of Federal Claims
