concentrates her practice in the areas of telecommunications, energy law, cooperative
law and appellate practice.
Ms. Kelly represents clients in a variety of regulatory matters
involving the Wisconsin Public Service Commission and other state and federal
administrative agencies.
She has
worked with both electric cooperatives and telephone cooperatives on business
questions and member relations issues.
