Mr. Jerde concentrates his practice in the areas of energy law, municipal law, and business transactions. He graduated magna cum laude from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota. His research has been published in Hamline Law Review, where he also served as Notes and Comments Editor. Previously, Mr. Jerde served as law clerk to the Hon. Jill Flaskamp Halbrooks, Judge, Minnesota Court of Appeals, from 2006 to 2007.
